Autotest 0.9.1

Autotest 0.9.1 is a bugfix release, with patches to fix bugs that were found after 0.9.0.

There are no new features or API changes from 0.9.0

Bugs fixed since 0.9.0:

• Stable 0.9.1 - Making sure SSH key setup won't break previous autoserv behavior of creating valid host objects even for unreachable hosts.
• Stable 0.9.1 - Set CLOEXEC on the listening socket FD for the scheduler's status_server, so that child processes won't inherit
• Stable 0.9.1 - Fixing libhugetlbfs to properly handle hugetlbfs directory.
• Stable 0.9.1 - Added scripts to perform needed database upgrades
• Stable 0.9.1 - Set contents of files under /results to text/plain.
• Stable 0.9.1 - Fix bug on multimachine jobs results parsing.
